I've always wanted a panini maker. I'm sure this has been done a hundred times before, but the George Foreman Grill makes a great Grilled cheese!
It works for just about every type of grilled cheese, but I find heartier bread works best. This sandwich is made out of sourdough bread (my favorite!)
Easy!

I love making grilled cheese on the George! I agree, regular white or wheat bread get a little smushed, but they're still really yummy!
I never thought to make grilled cheese on my George Foreman Grill. I am going to have to try that.
