Cheesy Bacon Bread

What can you do with the end of a loaf of sour dough bread, a handful of shredded cheddar cheese, and a few strips of bacon?  (That's the ingredients I had in my refrigerator over the weekend.)  Make Cheesy Bacon Bread!

I put the bread on the toaster oven tray and spread a little Miracle Whip on each slice.  I then put a sprinkle of shredded cheese over each, then topped with bacon strips.

I broiled it for about 4 or 6 minutes, until the cheese was melted.

It's very yummy and one of my favorite ways to use up a few strips of bacon.
