In the Eat From The Pantry Challenge I'm participating in this month, I'm working hard at making the ingredients I have on-hand exciting.
I had a chicken breast, macaroni, and a bit of Italian dressing I needed to use up.
I cooked the pasta according to the package directions, cut up the cooked chicken breast and tossed in a bowl with the Italian dressing, then sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
