Hello! I'm going to look around your blog a bit... I need to get back into WW, and, I like to cook meals where I can use the leftovers for another meal the next day.... so it sounds like your blog is right up my alley!

I love the concept of having meals made ahead in the freezer - it's just like having money in the bank!
I love making meals ahead. Lots of times I just make a double batch so that I can freeze one. Or I make doubles so we can eat it for lunches the next day. Going to look around a bit. Hope you have a great weekend and happy blog hopping.
