This is my favorite thing to do with leftover spaghetti.
I melted a pat of butter in a frying pan. Added a handful of cooked spaghetti, then added four eggs (I'm feeding 5 toddlers).
I scrambled them up just like normal.
Because I have no access to my kitchen during child care hours, I have to make "stove items" ahead of time. I will serve this the next day.
I sprayed a mini crock pot insert with cooking spray.
I put the spaghetti eggs in the insert with the lid, then into the fridge. About 90 minutes before lunchtime, I will put the insert into the crock pot and it will be heated through by lunch.

I don't do the CP thing but this is a meal that appears on my breakfast table alot during the summer months~when we are swimming all day. Another big fav is rice and eggs. My boys request this every weekend in fact,I have been reminded on a friday night to make a pot of rice for breakfast in the morning.
first I found you from the BLOG PARTY... but had to comment on your spaghetti eggs... this is wonderful... I love making different things my picky 5 year old will eat... and she will eat eggs and she will eat noodles... so this will be one I am going to try... so happy I found you will be back to see what other things you're cooking up!!!
