Cooking Today . . .

I have been putting off bulk cooking for some time. I took advantage of this long weekend to get caught up and fill my freezer. Here's what I made:


Honey Cinnamon Wheat Bread

Orange Maple Chicken with
Sweet Potatoes & Acorn Squash
(recipe coming later this week)



It has been a productive day. I'm so glad I have tomorrow off to rest and enjoy my full freezer.
