Honey Cinnamon Wheat Bread

I was craving something sweet and cinnamon rolls sounded good. I decided to put my new bread machine to use and find some sort of cinnamon bread recipe.

Honey Cinnamon Wheat Bread
(2-pound loaf)

1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons buttered, softened
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons dry milk
1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons quick active dry yeast

I put everything in the machine in order. I used the basic/white cycle and set the crust to light.

It made the house smell so good and cinnamon-y ;) and it came out GREAT.

This is on my "make it a lot" list. I had a warm piece with a pat of butter on top. It satisfied my sweet tooth and was way better for me than the cinnamon rolls I was going to make.
