Weekend Cooking & Cheesy Garlic Bread

Garlic Wheat Bread (recipe later this week)
Cheesy Garlic Bread (instructions below)

To make the Cheesy Garlic Bread I took a slice of the Garlic Bread I made (recipe later this week) and topped with slices of Provolone cheese.  I broiled it in the toaster oven for just a few minutes until the cheese melted.

It was a great snack and I plan to do it again.

Hey, I like your site, really very helpful. Most of the time we'd just discard left overs but this gives me ideas on how I could reinvent them :D loving it so far! i wanna share this to my friends in Foodista , just if you don't mind adding the foodista widget for provolone cheese at the end of this post, and that should do it! The widget will direct readers to this page when they go looking for provolone cheese posts. Thanks and please keep em ideas coming ;-)

I usually try to get the grapes taken care of right away also...seems less time consuming that way.

We like to freeze them when they get so cheap in the summer - alone, they make a great frozen snack - or they work great to drop into smoothies too! :)
