Leftover Mixup: Bacon & Cheese Muffin

I needed a quick dinner. I found some cheese and bacon.....just had to figure out how to put it together. I also found some English Muffins. So I came up with this.......

Bacon & Cheese Muffin

English muffin, split and toasted

mayo or Miracle Whip

shredded cheese

slices of bacon

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put toasted English muffins on baking sheet. Spread with a little mayo or Miracle Whip. Sprinkle with cheese and top with bacon. Mine looked like this:

Bake in the hot oven for about five minutes.

Simple, fast, and yummy!
