There was an excellent sale on pork chops. I bought a couple of family size packages. Now, what to do with them?
I made up a few sweet and sour pork meals to toss in the crock pot (I'll share the recipe in a later post) and still had some pork chops left over. I thought it would be nice to have some cooked and shredded pork ready to go for some fried rice or something.
I put the pork chops and a bit of water in my crock pot on low for 5 or 6 hours.
