This easy dish reminds me a little of Chicken and Dumplings.
Chicken and Biscuits
2 cans refrigerated biscuits
1/4 cup butter
1 can chicken broth
1-2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
pepper to taste
paprika to taste
In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add broth and chicken. Add pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer.
Add biscuits over the top. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with paprika and simmer for 10 more minutes.
Remove from heat. Serve warm or freeze.
